Castile Base Variations:
Our Yoni Washes are made with a handcrafted Castile base, so you might notice separation or color changes from time to time—especially with temperature shifts. No worries, boo—just give it a good shake to bring it back to life. These changes do not affect the safety, effectiveness, or quality of your wash. -
Unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV):
Our It Girl and ACV Washes are made with raw, unpasteurized ACV. This means you may notice thicker or thinner textures between batches—that’s nature doing her thing. Either way, it’s safe and ready to use. -
Handmade & Preservative-Free:
Every single product is made by hand, with love, and without preservatives. Because of that, natural variations are normal—but your results? Still on point, every time.

Processing & Shipping Time:
• All orders require 1-2 business days for processing, which is included in the shipping time.
• Shipping takes 7-8 business days total (including processing).
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Address Policy:
• We are unable to update or change shipping addresses once an order is placed. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
• If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
• Ph Paradise is not responsible for stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered by USPS but is missing, please contact your local USPS office.
• We only replace items that are lost or damaged by USPS. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us with proof of damage or non-delivery, and we will assist with a claim.
• Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, it is no longer our responsibility.
General Shipping Information:
• Shipping confirmations with tracking numbers are provided once your order ships. Please allow time for tracking to update.
• We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.
• Customers are encouraged to read and understand our full shipping policy before placing an order.
