Due to the intimate and individual nature of our products and the individual nature of expectations, physical and environmental conditions, we can not offer refunds on the basis of products not meeting expectations.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Due to the fragile nature of our products it is possible that they sometimes get damaged in transport, but not to worry.
If your product reaches you damaged, please take two photos of the external packaging and a photo of the damaged product and send it over to phparadisebyurs@gmail.com. Our Customer Care Team will get in touch asap and guide you through the process of getting you a replacement product or a refund.
