Processing & Shipping Time
• All orders require 1–2 business days for processing.
• Total shipping time is 7–8 business days, which includes processing time.
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• This processing and shipping timeframe applies to all orders and is non-negotiable.
Address Policy
• Shipping addresses cannot be changed or updated once an order has been placed.
• Please double-check all shipping information before completing your purchase.
• PH Paradise is not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
• PH Paradise is not responsible for stolen packages. If USPS marks your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, you must contact your local USPS office directly.
• If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us with proof of damage or non-delivery, and we will assist you with filing a claim. We do not do reships you will receive a refund to reorder.
• Once a package is marked delivered by USPS, it is considered fulfilled and is no longer our responsibility.
General Shipping Information
• Shipping confirmation emails with tracking numbers are sent once your order ships. Please allow time for tracking to update in the USPS system.
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or order changes once an order is placed.
