• Graphene Strip - Destroys bacteria cell membrane, inhibiting bacteria. Helps with circulatory health, metabolic health & cell activity which helps to balance PH levels. Anti-static & conductive, which helps in transferring heat to prevent skin irritation.

Care Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place. Pads expire 3 years after their manufacture date. Do not flush pads. Wrapper and packaging is recyclable.

Processing & Shipping Time:

• All orders require 1-2 business days for processing, which is included in the shipping time.

• Shipping takes 7-8 business days total (including processing).

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Address Policy:

• We are unable to update or change shipping addresses once an order is placed. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.

• If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

• Ph Paradise is not responsible for stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered by USPS but is missing, please contact your local USPS office.

• We only replace items that are lost or damaged by USPS. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us with proof of damage or non-delivery, and we will assist with a claim.

• Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, it is no longer our responsibility.


General Shipping Information:

• Shipping confirmations with tracking numbers are provided once your order ships. Please allow time for tracking to update.

• We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.
