* **Packages Lost in Transit or Damaged Goods:** We will replace orders that are lost in transit or damaged upon arrival. Photographic proof of the damaged goods is required.
* **Insurance:** All orders are insured. If your package is marked delivered and you are unable to locate it, please file a claim with USPS.
**Disputed Charges:**
* **Phparadise Responsibility:** We will address any disputed charges that are due to an error on our part.
* **Customer Responsibility:** If a disputed charge is not due to an error on our part, you will forfeit any future orders with us, including local pickup.

We offer priority and expedited shipping on all orders within the United States of America. USPS Priority Shipping Flat rate shipping is 2-3 business days including weekends (Saturday). Orders are typically processed and ready for shipping by the 7th business day of order placement.
