At Ph Paradise, we’re committed to giving you the best experience possible. We understand how important it is to get your order quickly and safely, so here’s what you need to know about lost packages, damage claims, and disputed charges.

 

 

 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

 

  • Packages Marked Delivered by USPS:
    If USPS marks your package as delivered, but you can’t locate it, please contact your local post office to file a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot replace orders that are marked as delivered.
  • Lost in Transit or Damaged Packages:
    If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will replace it. Photo proof of the damage is required.
  • Insurance:
    All orders are insured. If your package is marked as delivered, but you can’t find it, please file a claim with USPS directly.

 

 

 

 

 

Disputed Charges

 

 

  • Our Responsibility:
    If a dispute happens due to a mistake on our end, we’ll handle it right away.
  • Customer Responsibility:
    If a dispute is not due to an error on our part, you forfeit the right to place future orders, including local pickups.

Ph Paradise Shipping Policy


Processing & Shipping Time:

• All orders require 1-2 business days for processing, which is included in the shipping time.

• Shipping takes 7-8 business days total (including processing).

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Address Policy:

• We are unable to update or change shipping addresses once an order is placed. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.

• If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

• Ph Paradise is not responsible for stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered by USPS but is missing, please contact your local USPS office.

• We only replace items that are lost or damaged by USPS. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us with proof of damage or non-delivery, and we will assist with a claim.

• Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, it is no longer our responsibility.


General Shipping Information:

• Shipping confirmations with tracking numbers are provided once your order ships. Please allow time for tracking to update.

• We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.

• Customers are encouraged to read and understand our full shipping policy before placing an order.
