💚 PH Paradise Shipping & Dispute Policy
We appreciate every order placed with PH Paradise and want your package to arrive safely. Please review our shipping and dispute policy before placing your order.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Packages Marked “Delivered”
Once USPS marks a package as Delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer and USPS.
If your tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package:
• Check around your home, mailbox, porch, and with household members or neighbors.
• Contact your local USPS office.
• File a Missing Mail Search or insurance claim with USPS.
All PH Paradise shipments include shipping insurance. Because of this, USPS is responsible for investigating and resolving packages marked as delivered.
PH Paradise is unable to replace or refund orders that USPS has confirmed as delivered.
Lost in Transit
If USPS determines your package was lost in transit before delivery, we’ll gladly replace your order once the claim has been verified.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Clear photos of the damaged product(s)
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photos of all packing materials
Once your claim has been reviewed and verified, we’ll replace the damaged item(s).
💳 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We genuinely want every customer to have a great experience, and we’re committed to resolving concerns through communication.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us first. Most situations can be resolved quickly without involving your payment provider.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed due to an error on our end, we’ll work promptly to make it right.
However, if a chargeback is filed on an order that was properly fulfilled, delivered according to the carrier, or otherwise found to be without merit, your PH Paradise account may be permanently restricted from future purchases, including:
• Online orders
• Local pickup orders
• Pop-up purchases
• Special order requests

Processing & Shipping Time:
• All orders require 1-2 business days for processing, which is included in the shipping time.
• Shipping takes 7-8 business days total (including processing).
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Address Policy:
• We are unable to update or change shipping addresses once an order is placed. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
• If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
• Ph Paradise is not responsible for stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered by USPS but is missing, please contact your local USPS office.
• We only replace items that are lost or damaged by USPS. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us with proof of damage or non-delivery, and we will assist with a claim.
• Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, it is no longer our responsibility.
General Shipping Information:
• Shipping confirmations with tracking numbers are provided once your order ships. Please allow time for tracking to update.
• We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.
• Customers are encouraged to read and understand our full shipping policy before placing an order.
