We at Phparadise are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. We understand that receiving your order is important to you, and we want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

**Lost or Stolen Packages:**

* **Packages Marked Delivered by USPS:** If your package is marked as delivered by USPS, but you are unable to locate it, we are unable to replace the order. You will need to contact your local postal service for assistance in locating the package.
* **Packages Lost in Transit or Damaged Goods:** We will replace orders that are lost in transit or damaged upon arrival. Photographic proof of the damaged goods is required.
* **Insurance:** All orders are insured. If your package is marked delivered and you are unable to locate it, please file a claim with USPS.

**Disputed Charges:**

* **Phparadise Responsibility:** We will address any disputed charges that are due to an error on our part.
* **Customer Responsibility:** If a disputed charge is not due to an error on our part, you will forfeit any future orders with us, including local pickup.

Processing & Shipping Time:

• All orders require 1-2 business days for processing, which is included in the shipping time.

• Shipping takes 7-8 business days total (including processing).

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Address Policy:

• We are unable to update or change shipping addresses once an order is placed. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.

• If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

• Ph Paradise is not responsible for stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered by USPS but is missing, please contact your local USPS office.

• We only replace items that are lost or damaged by USPS. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us with proof of damage or non-delivery, and we will assist with a claim.

• Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, it is no longer our responsibility.


General Shipping Information:

• Shipping confirmations with tracking numbers are provided once your order ships. Please allow time for tracking to update.

• We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.

• Customers are encouraged to read and understand our full shipping policy before placing an order.
