  • Add 4 tbsp. of the herb mixture in a large wooden or stainless steel bowl and pour 4-6 cups of boiling water over the herbs. Kneel or squat over the bowl and cover yourself with a towel, making sure it covers your body and the bowl, preventing steam from escaping. Let the steam bath work for 20 minutes or more. Use 1-2 times a week for best results. For external use only.

Make sure the bowl of hot water is on a flat, sturdy surface and cannot be knocked over. Do not shake or lean on the bowl. Keep the hot water bowl out of reach of children or pets.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

• Ph Paradise is not responsible for stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered by USPS but is missing, please contact your local USPS office.

• We only replace items that are lost or damaged by USPS. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us with proof of damage or non-delivery, and we will assist with a claim.

• Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, it is no longer our responsibility.
